Black Friday is the first Friday after Thanksgiving in the USA, when stores launch their mega sales to tempt Christmas shoppers and the crowds go pretty wild. Although it’s a predominantly American tradition, Black Friday has pretty much become a worldwide phenomenon, affecting us even here in Asia.
Singaporeans are nuts about shopping. Just take a look at how many shopping portals we have available, and the big deals we enjoy from places like Amazon and Target (because they ship here now). From baby stuff to pet care, blogshop rompers to Korean face primers — everything we could possibly want is out there on the interwebs, with shipping options to Singapore. Even megastores like Courts are on the Black Friday bandwagon. If anything, this is the time for you to spend that hard-earned money on things you like.
And while everything on sale looks super attractive, nothing is more tempting than getting a new gadget. The tech bargains for Black Friday are pretty sweet. I mean it must be so cheap that getting a little scratch on that new PS4 won’t make your ‘heart pain’ right?
